We had one of the best holiday programmes ever last week. The kids were so well-behaved, and a real joy to work with. They worked hard on the music that they had to learn for the busking each day which paid off during the busking sessions. The feedback from the public was amazing!
Mentors
I have to thank the mentors as well. We are very lucky to have Jackson, Savanna, Noah, Roman and Anna who are all amazing with the kids and dedicated to music and sharing their time energy and knowledge with the kids.
Band School
The band school which ran on Wednesday and Thursday was a big hit. It's always great to show the kids where all their hard work can be directed during the thrill of playing in a band. Having a passion like a band can be a great focus during the ‘interesting’ teenage years.
The table tennis and now 4 square continues to be a great success and a great way for the kids to burn off a little bit of that excess energy!
