I'm Jack Robertson, a guitarist originally from Tauranga, where I've been strumming and

shredding for over a decade. My musical journey has been a profound exploration of

fingerstyle acoustic and heavy metal guitar.

From the tender plucks of fingerstyle melodies to the thunderous resonance of heavy

metal riffs, I've traversed a diverse sonic landscape, seeking inspiration and pushing my

musical boundaries. Each note and chord tells a story, a narrative woven from the

threads of my experiences and emotions.

As I journeyed deeper into the realm of music, I discovered a newfound passion for

teaching. Guiding aspiring musicians along their own paths has become a fulfilling

pursuit. I believe in fostering an environment where students can not only refine their

technical skills but also cultivate their unique musical identities. Through patience,

encouragement, and a shared love for the craft, I strive to empower my students to

embrace their creativity and find their voice on the guitar.

Beyond the fretboard, I find inspiration in the connections forged through music.

Whether it's collaborating with fellow artists or engaging with audiences, I'm driven by

the power of music to unite and uplift. Each performance is an opportunity to share a

piece of myself, to connect with others through the universal language of melody and

rhythm.

Join me as we embark on a journey of discovery through music, exploring the depths of

emotion and expression that define my artistry.
