Young performers James, Betty Jo and Jess had a great time entertaining the masses of cake buyers at the Lyall Bay School fair last Friday. Betty Jo has been having guitar lessons with the Rock Academy for quite a few years now. She has also been attending the Rock Academy school holiday programmes. The guitar lessons have been paying off, her strumming has improved immensely. James has been attending the school holiday programes, guitar lessons and singing lessons. His voice lessons have been making all the difference. Before he started singing lessons his confidence was a little on the low side, now his voice is full of confidence. He also writes very very good songs.
