5 – 10 MINUTES A DAY?

Writer's picture: Geoff DayGeoff Day

Yes 5 to 10 minutes a day is all it takes to progress with guitar.

Remember to leave your guitar out of its case. And place it somewhere handy, next to the bed or the couch. Pick it up during the mindless add breaks during TV time.  Play it before bed to help you sleep!

Here’s an analogy for you: Imagine you are standing in front of a block of ice the size of a truck. You are standing in front of it with a small ice pick. For the next six months you are going to slowly but methodically pick away at the ice until it lays melted at your feet! You can now play the guitar!
